Return Policy

Returns: If you would like to return an unopened and unused item you may do so by calling us at 877-266-4284 or e-mailing us for a return request at sales@monstersecuritystore.com.  Once we issue you an RA number just ship it back to 1855 South Santa Cruz Street, Anaheim, CA 92805 with your RA number clearly printed on the outside.  We can issue up to a full refund for the product, but shipping fees cannot be refunded. 

Close-Out Items: Designated clearance, opened box and free items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to get store credit from Monster Security Store or a full refund. To return defective products please follow the return shipping instructions as stated above.

Warranty: For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not an option, Monster Security Store may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.  Batteries, Transformers, Clearance, Open Box and FREE items are not warranted and these products cannot obtain warranty service. Phone 877-266-4284 for a Returned Authorization (RA) Number.  Then ship the product(s) to Monster Security Store at the following address:

Anaheim, CA 92805.

Be sure that the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package to avoid any delays.

Products that show any abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty

In the event that a product needs repair after one year from receipt of order, Monster Security Store will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be responsible for the cost of repair, as well as, shipping and handling.
